At Wild Nights, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Refunds

Please note, a 10% restocking fee may apply to your original purchase.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us via email, and we’ll assist you through the process.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you're returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty/Faulty Items
If you experience issues with your purchase and suspect it may be covered by our warranty, please contact us. We’re committed to resolving any concerns as quickly as possible. We'll likely need you to return the item with a copy of your purchase receipt for assessment.
